This is a tiny pendant box.
It was carved, intact, from a single piece of antler.
There are two sets of hinges, one to allow the lid/latch to open,
one to let the box open down the middle.
I constantly hear my customers say they have a favorite grandparent,
or other family member who carved chains out of wood.
I take this concept, and miniaturize it.
I carve these intricate, yet sturdy,
designs over about four days, on average.
I use a cutting tool less than one half millimeter wide.
I usually break eight to twelve of these tiny tools on each project.
These are rarely available.
If you would like me to make you one,
You must e-mail me with a lucrative offer.
I believe that I can carve any design you dream up.
